Exterro ACE - (Includes Lab Time) – Assessment

The Exterro ACE credential demonstrates the user’s proficiency with Exterro’s Forensic Toolkit (FTK). The exam is designed to test the proficiency of the user with the tool, and not necessarily forensic investigation workflows. Although there are no prerequisites for this certification, it is recommended that the user have some experience with the tool, or have taken the appropriate courses. What is lab time? For those that would like to attempt the ACE, but do not have the FTK software, purchasing THIS version of the ACE will allow the user to sign up for a date in which they may use a training lab to take the test. The ACE exam is the same, a fee to use the lab has been added.

Exterro ACE for Enterprise – Assessment

The Exterro ACE for Enterprise (ACEE) certification will test the user’s knowledge of Exterro’s FTK Enterprise software. This certification covers topics specific to FTK Enterprise such as user management, agent deployment and collection, memory analysis and more. It is recommended that the individual taking the exam have experience with the FTK Enterprise software in a live environment, or have taken the Enterprise 105 course.

Exterro ACE Professional – Assessment

The capstone certification offered to students who complete the Forensic Tools Pass (with or without Enterprise) curriculum. This hands on examination based certification will cover the tools and concepts learned throughout the twenty plus days of training taken in the pass. This certification is the highest level certification for Exterro's Forensic Tools and indicates that the user has taken the training and proved retention and application of the techniques and forensic theory needed to conduct a wide variety of investigations using Exterro's Forensic Tools.
